Woody And Huth Snub

Jonathan Woodgate was first to join the Riverside club, and Huth is expected to later today.

Roeder has hours to bring in a new target before the end of the transfer window, although Wael Gomaa is on Tyneside trying to impress.

Goma attended a St James's Park training session on Tuesday and the Egypt international has until Thursday to get himself a contract.

Gomaa: 'I trained with Newcastle's first team and put on a good show.'
