Don't Point Finger At Duff

Don't Point Finger At Duff

Duff played for an hour on his debut but Glenn Roeder was quick to say he was pleased with the performance of the ex-Chelsea winger.

Glenn Roeder: 'That was Damien's first game. He was desperate to get out there and play.

'We got an hour out of him. He started to tire. There were glimpses of the magic he will produce here. He will give us end product in terms of the goals he makes and scores.

'He is a typical Newcastle attacking player. He will become a firm favourite here.'
