On The Couch With Carlos - BARTON

On The Couch With Carlos - BARTON

Just a few thoughts on this JB move and a bit about rehab/addictive behaviour and therapy.

There are a number of key variables in successful therapy, one of which is obviously a desire to change and recognition of the wrongs and maladaptive/ dysfunctional behaviours that led to negative outcomes; some of the others are a support network, consistency and a secure base to develop from...

Anyway, Joe has made big progress in recent months, it's clear that he has a secure relationship and is an expectant father but what worries me is that NUFC has been at the centre of nearly all the major developments he has made in his personal life.
