So, we have yet another high profile departure in the form of club captain and main lynch pin of the dressing room. Kevin Nolan.
All players are replaceable but it's the manner in which all our deals are done with lack of thought for the future, with this departure alone widening the cracks of our foundations enough that a collapse can't be ruled out.
Our quota of English players is decreasing rapidly with a bunch of strangers more than likely taking to the field in August but with a guaranteed £35 million plus in TV cash and other monies in corporate/prize money due to be won for season 2011/12 also, this is the last thing on our owners mind. This seasons cash plus the Carroll £35 million added to the last 2 seasons £50 million profit on players adds up to well over £120 million, in fact it may cover the price paid for our club, so on that note a fitting time to leave as we wont take any more. The fans here are in reality the customer and in business, the customer is always right, but we have never been given any thought and the money swindled out of us is readily gobbled up. However, no more.
To say the natives are restless is an understatement and a word of warning to Mr Ashley is... Hell hath no fury, like the toon army scorned.

You'd think that anyone that would write anything like this would know just how much he a) paid for the club b) how much debt he had to pay off and c) how much money you were losing and how much money you still are and d) simply ask who it is that is covering and has been covering these huge losses..!!
Last but not least he doesn't interfer in transfers, that's the managers domain.
You'd think you'd be grateful to him for saving the barcodes from oblivion, not repay him with nonsense like this!!
It's a shame you don't know how to read a set of accounts, if you did, you'd a) understand how close you were to going out of business before he came along and b) exactly how much and for how long he's been propping you up - and with almost no end in sight. You've been run as a shambles before he came along, and sure he's made a few mistakes, the only real mistake he must realise he's made is buying the club in the first place - you would be another Leeds now if it wasn't for Ashley....
