What Is The Money Situation Freddy?

Glenn Roeder has asked for patience, but he has already given the chairman his 'wanted list', and seeing Darren Bent sign a four-year deal at Charlton ... we are obviously not in the market for big names.

The Chronicle have confirmed there isn't that much money in the coffers, but insist two strikers will arrive at the club within the next month.

So what type of player can we expect?

Second rate ones, I don't think it just the case of money but prestige, the EPL is top four, bottom three and then "rest" and you need a story to set you aside from the rest and there is no such story at Newcastle. What could you offer Darren Bent that Charlton cannot? Think about it before answering with were going places etc etc.

newcastle cant attact big players, they need to start from scratch and get back to basics, instead of heavily investing in one player and neglecting the rest of the team.
