Hammer This Rubbish

Hammer This Rubbish

Only last week it was Marlon Harewood who was supposedly on his way to Tyneside, and Hammer's boss Alan Pardew has confirmed there has not been any talk with the Magpies.

Pardew: 'I have not had talks with anyone about selling Dean Ashton, and why should I ... he is going nowhere.'

United confirmed, via the Evening Chronicle, that Ashton and Harewood are not on Glenn Roeder's wanted list.

This one was pure hype, Ashton has only been with the Hammers for about 5 minutes, the rumours should be about players who do not have 4 years to go on their contracts, why not go after Mido, he doesn't want to join Blackburn, somewhat proven and available for aboiut 3 million.
