Tie Is Decided

Lillestrom are the side Glenn Roeder will face in the Intertoto Cup in his quest to get Newcastle to the UEFA Cup.

They will visit St James' Park before Uniteed travel to Norway.

Roeder: 'We won't underestimate Lillestrom because we never underestimate any team. Lillestrom are a typical Norwegian team, big and strong, with powerful players who will be determined to cause us problems.

'That is why I brought the players back early, we have all worked hard during the time that we have been training to make sure we can handle whatever is thrown at us.'

Whatever is thrown at us, hopefully Roeder hopefully has handed out the shields because you are going to need them. Will be an interesting tie, have any dates been issued?
