Bellamy For Anfield!

If Graeme Souness had been given the sack when it was obvious to everyone - apart from Freddy Shepherd - that we were on the slide, we wouldn't be looking for a striker.

But the Fat One insisted right to the finish that Souness would turn the club around, and was happy to sanction the sale of Craig Bellamy to Blackburn.

Bellamy seems to be on the move again ... to Liverpool.

The Reds should complete the signing of the Welsh star when he returns from his honeymoon, after agreeing the deal to let Djibril Cisse go on loan to Marseille, according to reports.

The 26-year-old has a clause in his contract that allows him to leave Rovers for 6million but that clause is set to run out in two weeks.

Crikey, thats a turn up for the books. Mind you, he was Blackburns most impressive player last season and scored great goal against us. He would have done wonders for you.
