Carr Wants Out!

Carr Wants Out!

Newcastle full-back Stephen Carr has reportedly asked to leave St James Park.

The Newcastle Journal reports that the former Spurs player wants to return to London with West Ham, Charlton and Fulham all checking out the situation.

Fulham's interest could see Carr used as a makeweight in a deal to take Steed Malbranque to Newcastle. Carr joined the club in 2004 from Spurs, and is a former Republic of Ireland internation, having retired in 2005, winning 39 caps.
