'If It's Football, It's Vital'

For Sale: Steven Taylor

As widely reported on this site, it seems that Steven Taylors career with NUFC is about to come to an end.

ontract negotiations have been proving unsuccessful, in a similar vein to the last negotiations were if you remember.

We've have now decided to make Taylor available for transfer after he turned down their latest offer of a new deal.

The proposal was thought to be in the region of 40,000-a-week, while Taylor's representatives wanted something closer to 60,000.

With a reported wage cap of 35k, Taylor was never going to be here much longer...

We also cast your mind back to senior players comments during his spat with Andy Carroll, 'Don't worry about it son, Taylor wont be here next season!'
