Mevlut Erding Bid Snubbed - VIDEO

Erding is currently plying his trade at PSG and last season saw him notch 19 for them including a hat-trick against Sochaux, the club where he began his career at the age of just 17.

PSG were reported to have paid 6m for Erding in June of last year, although the forward hadn't been a prolific scorer, with only 11 in the previous two season at Sochaux.

Erding has featured at all international levels right from the age of 16 but notably he started out a an international for the French team, and up until 2008 when he played his first senior game for Turkey, he could have continued with his dual citizenship.

Personally I think he would be a great signing but I simply can't see it happening, the money we are offering is less that PSG paid only one year ago, and with his 19 goals last, he was PSG's top score and third overall in the Ligue 1, even though he had a month out through injury.

Here's a bit of footage for you, in a Dennis Wise (spits) kind of, make your mind up!
