Routledge signs on
Newcastle United have landed Wayne Routledge from Championship side QPR for an undisclosed fee. The 25-year-old winger is Chris Hughton's second signing after wrapping up a move for Man Utd fullback Danny Simpson.
It is understood that Hughton has also put in bids for Everton striker James Vaughan, Portsmouth defender Mike Williamson, and has enquired about Celtic left-back Daniel Fox.
