Spiderman aiming for 2010 bonanza

Spiderman aiming for 2010 bonanza

Despite sitting out the latest Argentina friendly in Madrid with injury, Jonas Gutierrez has planned pretty much his dream summer next year, by aiming to achieve a fairly bizarre Championship and World Cup double.

With a likely four or five friendlies for Argentina before the World Cup and thirty plus more NUFC games, it looks to be a hectic year for our Don Juan haired winger. Jonas said:

'My objectives are clear this year - I want to win promotion with Newcastle, and I want to have a successful World Cup with Argentina.

It was a hard qualification, but we did it in the last game. We took the six points from Peru and Uruguay, and we go to the World Cup. That was all Argentina wanted - to be in the World Cup.

It was hard, but we did it, and we're happy. All the country has been waiting for us to qualify.

The people like to watch the national team. Now we have the opportunity, and we have to be prepared.

Here, I want to be in the Premier League next year, so I want to do my best in all the games, and with the national team, we have to prepare with the friendly games.'
