Following FCB`s announcement that the naming rights for the stadium are up for grabs, it looks like Adidas have been mooted as front runners for the job, with talk of £6m a year combined sponsorship and naming mentioned. Such a fee would probably depend on our hasty return to the Premier League, with the sportswear giants unlikely to fork out that much for a second tier club.

One snippet that didn`t go unnoticed was the mention of renaming one of the stands after Sir Bobby. Simply put - just don`t. Whilst it might go down a treat with some of the more post-Keegan slackjaws, many of us would rather see a Joe Harvey Stand.
