Harper - 6 - Only scores so low because he spent the game a virtual spectator. Only had one shot to save all afternoon.
Zurab - 7 - Steady debut from our Georgian loanee. Great run for the fourth goal that killed the game, adequate at right back in Simmo`s absence.
S Taylor - 8 - In stark contrast to Keane`s centre back pairing, Tayls oozed confidence. Great command at the back to help us to clean sheet number 7.
Coloccini - 7 - Marked harshly in some quarters but that tended to be as he was covering Enrique`s numerous mistakes.
Enrique - 4 - Far and away our biggest liability. Gave the ball away frequently in really dangerous positions, dribbled when he should have cleared and overall caused the biggest nerve janglers of the eleven out there.
Smith - 8 - Excellent again at spoiling and destroying play. Has found a great niche in this division and had he been playing against Blackpool instead of Barton I doubt we`d have lost.
Butt - 6 - Steady away but persists in playing the ridiculous blind corner pass that generally ends up with them being on the counter attack.
Nolan - 10 - Couldn`t fault the bloke. Three chances, three goals and our first midfield hat-trick since Rob Lee I reckon.
R Taylor - 8 - Belter free kick and great crossing throughout. Another, like Smith, who looks far more suited to the space in this league.
Carroll - 8 - Caused no end of problems for Ipswich`s defence and meant that Nolan was able to steal in time and time again.
Ranger - 7 - Good hold up play but needs that elusive first goal. With two more games this week he has an ideal chance of that.
