Kieron Dyer's future is in the balance, following his latest hamstring injury. Experts fear the Newcastle United midfielder is at the crossroads of his career.
Dyer broke down in training AGAIN last week, and the injury problems which have wrecked his season could be his worst nightmare. There are growing fears the 27-year-old may have played his last Premiership campaign, after just 13 appearances this season.
He knows he may be forced to have an operation in the summer. He has been sent all over Europe in an effort to heal the weakness in his hamstring and it seems Newcastle will now widen their search for a cure, with specialists in Australia and the United States set to be contacted.
