In amongst the rumour mill today it looks like we could finally seal a deal for Peter Lovenkrands. The Danish striker had spent time training with Birmingham but it seems the Blues are financially hamstrung until the Yeung takeover completes. Alex McCleish also revealed he had been offered a contract by ourselves.

Whats the odds of us ending up with no more signings come 5pm - but another couple of 1st team players disapearring to Premiership clubs?

Hardly an inspiring deadline day fellas. Never mind - like you say at least we've not lost Tayls, Jonas, Krul etc
