Ex-Mags round up

Around the grounds today there was limited ex-Mags interest through the ranks. Mercenary Michael failed to get off the bench at Old Trafford as Man Utd beat Arsenal 2-1 whilst Lee Bowyer equalised for Brum before they fell 2-1 to Spurs at White Hart Lane.

Dropping down to League One, Fraser Forster meanwhile marked his debut for Norwich with another clean sheet v Hartlepool at the Vic as the Canaries won 2-0. Our other loanee, Jonny Godsmark, only lasted 15 minutes for Hereford before being forced off with injury in their 2-2 draw against Port Vale. Our ex youth team lad Adam Bartlett also played in nets for the Bulls.

Also in League Two, the well travelled Kevin Gall also netted for Darlo as they got their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw with Cheltenham Town. Meanwhile Richard Offiong got five minutes for Carlisle following his move from Hamilton Accies.
