'If It's Football, It's Vital'

NUFC takeover tattle summary - Sunday

With the press rightly focussing on the great life and times of SBR, takeover talk was expected to be quite thin on the ground. However two separate trains of thought have now emerged.

First up seems to be an internet game of Chinese whispers. Subtle emails are doing the rounds suggesting DIC, Dubai International Capital, could be close to a takeover of the club. However given their long standing interest in Liverpool this one isn't thought to be based on anything more than our own fans' unrealistic expectations.

The second link is to an unnamed diamond mine billionaire reportedly 'unearthed' (get it? No - p*ss off!) by John Hall. Obviously feeling some severe guilt at lumbering the hapless halfwit Ashley on us, Hall has allegedly used his business contacts to get the ball rolling on this.

Your thoughts on either or both are welcome below.

Exactly fella. Until it's on the club website I can't be arsed with the tattle. It's gone on far too long.
