The rankest kit ever?

Kudos again for Mike Ashley and the gang. Not content with trying to trash the club on the pitch, he has now focussed on the revenue streams coming from the new kits. The home top is a pretty minging item, with no real changes and the garish white box on the back. However the new away top revealed today makes it look like a style icon.

It looks like away days next season will see NUFC dressed up like bananas in pyjamas, with the custard yellow and white striped top definitely on a par with the green, navy and orange number of the Dalglish era. Quite why the fat prick would pick the least saleable top in history at the time when the club needs off-field revenue remains a mystery to us.

I disagree with this report and will be buying this top, I think the yellow is a good colour and think the actual design is good.

I've always been a fan of yellow, including the barcelona away kit, so im pleased to see our away kit as yellow.

There are far worse kits out there and as this is an away kit, it shouldn't be worn many times. if you wanted to go for other colours, there would have been a greater chance of clashing with the opponents kit, a problem though, when you play WBA, would loike to see if there might be a clash with the both teams and white stripes.

i just saw a picture and all i can say is hahahahahahahahah! roflmao ... its a shame i can't see it in person until the last game of the season

Its fairly nasty and a wasted opportunity. Adidas did a great yellow/orange striped away kit for Ajax in the 2004-05 season and it looks like they've tried but seriously failed to repeat it.
