Fans speechless after United unveil new away-kit

Newcastle United showed-off the club's new away-kit for the 2009/2010 campaign which the Tynesiders will sport in the Coca Cola Championship, earlier today.

Calling it the 'change kit', the St. James' Park club shed some light into who would definitely be staying at the Toon next season - no surprises; Steven Taylor, and Habib Beye sported the new attire which many fans have described as being underwhelming.

Many have compared it to the Leeds kit of old, and feared whether the club would take a similar nose-dive into oblivion like the Elland Road outfit.

The amber stripes on an off-white base, along with amber shorts look disturbing to say the least.

The United management must be eager to hear your thoughts on the new kit, and any comments or queries should be addressed to the club through the following address:

I have to say I've seen worse, i'd prefer that one over many of the old ones. Out with the old in with the new!!! New start!!
