Xiscoing out the Euros

Ex-Mag Stuart Pearce's England under 21s side attained a commendable victory over the Spanish equivalent, winning 2-0 to cement their place in the semi-finals. Goals from alleged target Frazier Campbell and former starlet Jimmy Milner sealed an unhappy night for Xisco's kids.

Our Spanish flop (number three after Luque and Marcelino) got another 21 minutes to add to his 8 minutes against Germany the other night. Needless to say he didn't impress against Premier League opponents. Why are we not surprised with that one...
