'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Blackpool weekender sabotaged!

Due to the nature of football and the rules and regulations they impose, we aren't able to mention fixtures or publish lists, despite the fact these fixtures are basically just adverts for the games we pay our hard earned money to go and see. Beyond belief? You bet!

Anyway, I'll see if this is seen as against the rules (despite a European Court of Justice ruling which should put pay to the charging for fixture lists but no one is in the financial position to challenge the leagues) to say that our opening game is against fellow relegated side West Brom down at the Hawthorns. This should hopefully get picked up by Sky.

First up at home is Reading whilst festive fun sees us away to Sheffield Wednesday on Boxing Day. However the big one most were looking forward to, Blackpool away, is shifted into a horrendous midweek position.

Boro get played in October (home) and March (away). Naturally we finish the season with an away game, this time down at Loftus Road.
