Wolves, Villa & Blackburn scavenging for scrap

As we mentioned on the site yesterday, it seems like Wolves are keen on taking Damien Duff off our hands. However this seems to have been confused by the fact Duff has now been linked, ironically, with Aston Villa.

Wolves have also been linked with Nicky Butt and later today, Kevin Nolan. Nolan in turn has been linked in a dual swoop along with Alan Smith, with Allardarse's Blackburn Rovers side.

Either way the fees mooted adds up to a tidy £10m, with £220k a week in wages collected between the four.

Butt, Nolan and Smith are totally useless. Duff can still play a little. You guys are much better off without all four!

Easily - would be miles better off financially without the leeches sucking £16m a year out of the club.

The problem with the above players is that they are the reason you went down and the reason that you will keep going down as they won't be leaving Newcastle while they are receiving such a fat wage packet

Years of buying good individuals but not great team players. Too mangers adding their ideas to the pot & serving you up **** each week. Get rid of the lot & start again.

Scavenging for scrap? Bit rich for a club eyeing Southamptons players! Bad management got you where you are, as the pic at the top of your page states, Sam's the man, and he quite could have been.
Stourbridge Villan
sam was never the man. Once he has his own players at Blackburn you will struggle and be in the relagation fight next season
