Glad Smith's agent takes us so seriously

Glad Smith's agent takes us so seriously

I'm still laughing at the recent article penned by Alan Smith's agent Alex Black for 4-4-2 Magazine, Where Newcastle went wrong - and could go right , where he has the brass neck to state that Smith was promised the target of Europe. Quite right Alex, but we were promised a striker that scores goals or even 'a' goal. I can't quite see how you and 'Smithy' fulfilled your side of the bargain.

Throughout the article Black manages to gloss over the fact that fecunds like his charge were the root cause of the relegation. Under no manager did any of them ever perform, believing me to think the problem is with the constant (the players), not the substitute (Allardarse, Keggy, Joke or Big Al).

I'm expecting Willie McKay to come out with something even better in the next week or so.

Smith's an enigma - where did it all go so wrong for him?

He was going down hill even before the ankle dislocation against Liverpool in the FA Cup, but that certainly didn't help. He's a walking yellow card. Don't know what Allardyce and Wise were thinking when they signed him.

Just another player who's holding Newcastle back. Get shot of him.
