United revive interest in Stephane M'Bia
Newcastle United are preparing to out-bid Arsenal, and Everton to the capture of Rennes midfielder Stephane M'Bia, reports The Daily Express.
The Cameroon international was the subject of a £4 million January bid from the Magpies, but were unsuccessful in their attempts to lure him to St. James' Park.
Mike Ashley, however, will resurrect the bid again, and this time get his man for a fee believed to be close to £7 million.
This comes as a surprise, considering Newcastle United's precarious current state at the bottom of the Premiership, but the Toon bosses are confident the side will avoid relegation.
