Inter Milan plan summer swoop for Oba Martins

Newcastle United are set to offload 24-year-old Nigerian Obafemi Martins, with his former club Inter Milan being a possible destination for the speedy forward in the summer.

The Toon speedster is said to be a summer target of former-Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, reports The People.

Martins has a £13 million get-out clause in his contract, which may be activated by Inter Milan, or any one of the player's many admirers.

The Nigerian forward has scored 27 goals for the Magpies during a three year stint, and will look for a move regardless of whether the Toon are relegated, or otherwise.

I dont rate him. i dont think he is good enough for inter. He is a hit and miss kind of striker who is not that gifted technically.
