Pre Scousers: Gutierrez / Enrique injuries

Following being told to fork out a cool 5m for Jonas Gutierrez it`s no surprise to see our 'new signing` injured. In the wake of losing our left back, one of our left midfielders getting crocked would just be the icing on the cake. Scans are expected for both with Big Al saying:

"Jonas had a knock on an ankle injury. He had been away for two days. He was all right to put on the bench, so we will see how he his.

With Enrique It was his hamstring, so a different injury to the one he had. How bad, we don`t know. He will undergo a scan, but my experience of hamstrings tells me he is unlikely to be fit for the weekend. "
