Ressie Watch: Big guns set for bow

Ressie Watch: Big guns set for bow

The injury list continues to shrink at pace as Alan Smith, Xisco, Cacapa and Viduka make an appearance against Wigan Reserves at SJP. Chris Hughton said:

"We`ll field a strong team against Wigan. The game is at St James`s Park, and as we`ve not got a first-team game at the weekend, it`s a perfect opportunity for them to play. I would think Mark Viduka, Alan Smith, David Edgar, Cacapa, Kazenga LuaLua and Xisco will all be involved.

And if we can get a few through the turnstiles, then all the better. The nice thing is now we`ve got a two-week period to build towards the Everton game, and to have these players coming back is a bonus."
