Le Statement Finale?

Once again Charles N`Zogbia uses his favourite mouthpiece, France`s L`Equipe paper, to send out hopefully his last statement regarding the club. The motormouth former Le Havre player said:

"There are still things to be finalised, but it will be sorted out on Saturday when my agent arrives in England. I`m relieved. Fortunately for me, the club have found an agreement with Wigan, who wanted one of their players . Good news.

In his press conference, he called me not 'N`Zogbia` but 'insomnia`. It showed a lack of respect, but that's okay. I don't have anything against him. I do not forget that Newcastle is the club that gave me my chance in professional football. Today, I leave without any regrets. (Wigan) is a club that has targets and is much more ambitious than Newcastle."

Expect the whingeing winger to launch a whole load more slavver in the coming weeks. Almost as funny as El Hadj Diouf threatening to stab Anton Ferdinand.

Everyone in football will be laughing at insomnia for leaving a huge club like Necastle to go to a poorly supported little no-mark club like wigan. You may have your problems and nzogbia might not like kinnear, but honestly, WIGAN?!
