Injury Latest: Oba

With his last prominent act being our second goal against Pompey, Oba Martins has spent the festive period nursing his sore groin. Despite the expectation that he would make a comeback v Hull, it looks like our Nigerian international could need to go for surgery on his troublesome injury, if newspaper reports are to be believed.

Such a blow would be horrific for our current attempts to stave off relegation and again highlights the need for the Fat Controller to dust off his cheque book.
