With January little over a week away, Joe Kinnear is looking for some decisive moves in the transfer window to help pep up the team. The boss has let on that we are already big name hunting, with four targets, as yet unnamed on the menu. JFK said:
'We have contacted about four people at the moment and spoken to them, and we are still waiting for a yea or a nay. It is still very much in the balance."
The boss also supported Charles N`Zogbia`s assertion that he was misquoted in his alleged interview with L`Equipe saying:
'The lad is quite embarrassed himself with what he is supposed to have said. As far as I am concerned, he has been spot on. He is working extremely hard and got himself into the team by playing well, and when people are playing well, I make sure they stay in the team.'
