Duff / Viduka doubtful

As Viduka and Taylor return, so another pair of NUFC players join the invalids gang. This time around it`s Damien Duff and Shola who look set to miss out on the clash, with Joe Kinnear revealing:

"We will be assessing both injuries, but I would say the chances of Ameobi and Duff being fit for Saturday are probably less than 50-50. This happened yesterday, just when we were feeling happy at having both Steven Taylor and Mark Viduka back with us again after their groin and Achilles tendon injuries.

Viduka is flying and there is no reason why he should not be with us at Middlesbrough tomorrow and he will be involved at some stage. But we are going to wait and see if Tayls has any reaction before we decide what part, if any, he will play at Middlesbrough."

With Duff and Shola missing out, expect a line up of:

Given, Beye, Coloccini, Bassong, Enrique, Gutierrez, Butt, Guthrie, N`Zogbia, Martins, Owen.
