Gene Hackman - nowt in Owen rumours

Despite looking like the submarine commander in Crimson Tide, Phil Scolari has definitely kept Chelsea above water so far this season (sh*t pun, I agree). The Blues boss has come out today and denied any interest *so far* in Michael Owen, believing Drogba and Kalou are sufficient for the club to cope. He said:

"I have only spoken about Owen twice, once when he scored a goal for England when I was coaching Brazil and once when I was coaching Portugal and he scored again. After this some people want to put news in the newspapers, not me."
