'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Happy Days is a mean machine

Now settling back into his stride following an extended absence on the sidelines, Habib Beye has called for a rough and ready approach to this weekend`s game at Fulham. With the top half of the table creeping ever closer a win should send us within sniffing distance ahead of the Wigan game. Beye said:

'We all know how important consistency is going into the game at Fulham, and keeping a clean sheet is on our minds. It's massive for us to keep a clean sheet. Every time we concede it is hard for Shay Given, and to keep a clean sheet against Villa was massive.

Before the game, everybody was talking about (Gabriel) Agbonlahor and (John) Carew. They have a good side, but we stopped them scoring. We were pretty strong to keep a clean sheet against them. If you want to do well in the Premier League, you must keep clean sheets. Look at Liverpool and Chelsea - they keep a lot of clean sheets. Sometimes they win only 1-0, but that is enough to do well."
