It seems the Fleet Street Mafia won`t rest until Barton is forcibly removed from football. On another day where they have made another mountain out of a molehill thankfully Joey has been cleared and won`t face the activation of the suspended sentence part of his FA ban, a hefty six games.
Talk about hysterical pr*cks. As Chris Hughton succinctly said - if it was anyone else it wouldn`t even have made copy. Because it`s Barton though the Press jump on it like a tramp on a bag of chips and restart their kick him out campaign.
Gladly though we`ll be seeing the eyes of the world on him at Craven Cottage on Sunday. I`m sure the hacks will be waiting with their poison ink however.
