Seven offers on the cheble

Rumours in this morning`s Telegraph suggest that Seymour Pierce, the lawyers handling the sale of the club, have received up to seven offers for NUFC from various consortia. We commented yesterday on the alleged Big Three of the Nigerians, South Africans and Asians but it seems as if there are a number of other runners and riders set to give Ashley his £350m blood money and a tidy £116m profit for 15 months work.

Seymour Pierce are set to spend the rest of the week analysing the offers before notifying the Cockney Mafia of their preferred option.
