Shoulder fracture for Spiderman

Shoulder fracture for Spiderman

Confirmation came through this morning that left sided midfielder Jonas 'Spiderman` Gutierrez has suffered a small fracture in his right shoulder. The player looks set to stay in Argentina for the next three weeks as he gets treatment from the Argentinian FA`s doctor. They confirmed:

"Homero De Agostino, the doctor of the national team, confirmed that he checked Jonas Gutierrez, who has a little fracture in the right clavicle. With the allowance of his club Newcastle, Jonas will stay in Buenos Aires to be treated by the national team's medical staff. He should rest for 20 days and will have the rehabilitation treatment under doctor De Agostino.'

Obviously this is yet another blow for our beleaguered club as one of our two star performers gets crocked in a hectic period whilst not even playing for us.
