A quality Senderos joke
Following an enjoyable night in Jongleurs, Arsenal`s board seem to have taken it on themselves to try a bit of stand up. Top amongst the jokes was the valuation they have allegedly put on Phillipe Senderos, according to The Mail on Sunday, as they quote a fee of £10m or £7m plus Shay Given. It`s also said in the People that the Gooner`s move for Gokhan Inler looks a banker now.
Tripping across North London, probably literally in Arsenal`s case if they value the Swiss Bramble that highly, it`s a knock-back from Aaron Lennon, in the NOTW, as he refuses a move to Tyneside. Fresh from signing a new midfield Spurs seemingly have no need for the player given Bentley will be hugging the right hand touchline and Modric the left.

It's a very silly story obviously. No way would Newcastle pay well over the odds for a dodgy defender.
