Barton pleads guilty but set for early release?!?

There are reports abound that Joey Barton will be released from jail in the next few days despite pleading guilty of attacking former team mate Ousmane Dabo. Apparently he changed his plea to guilty allowing him to get a suspended sentence.

How ridiculous is this and what kind of message does this send out to any young criminal? The man is a danger to society and therefore should be removed from until such time he is deemed safe to return. It is good news for Newcastle and of course Barton but I feel it is wrong. However that is only my humble opinion. As always you are welcome to voice yours.

Barton is a knobhead who should never be allowed to play professional football again. He is a coward who thinks he is a big man because he goes around using his fists when he has the privelege of playing in front of thousands of people. Nobody should employ this****.

He's a good footballer but he's scum. Barton's a player you'd love to have play for you but hate against you. He thrives on being hated.

I wouldnt love to have him at the Boro, i would be 100% against it.

Barton should not only get banned but he ought to be locked up. He's dangerous.
