£4million For Ameobi

£4million For Ameobi

Should Stoke gain promotion to the Premier League on Sunday one of their first tasks will be to complete the permanent signing of Shola Ameobi who seems to have played his last match for the Toon.

Since Ameobi signed for Stoke on loan, in what was one of the most expensive loan deals ever, he has been troubled by injuries but this hasn't put Tony Pulis off and he is still keen to tie up a permanent deal should Stoke gain promotion to the Premier League, which they will do with victory on Sunday.

£4million is the amount being mentioned, but it is not clear if this includes the £575,000 loan fee paid already?
